Can you remember the last time you enjoyed the luxury of a few days out of the office for people-skills training? Did you switch off your mobile and forget all about that looming deadline and pile of “proper” work doubtlessly stacking up on your desk?
No? We didn’t think so.
In an increasingly fast paced, interconnected world where resources are scarce, budgets are tight and productivity is everything, it’s hard to find time to attend a training session, never mind organise one. Strange as it may seem, we understand that non-technical training is often under-prioritised. But we also understand the long-term implications of that – stressed, disgruntled employees; dissatisfied customers; loss of brand reputation and more.
We’ve always worked to ensure our face to face training is effective, value for money and a worthwhile investment of time. We are passionate about developing peoples’ skills and strive to give training the reputation it deserves as a driver of business success and to benefit individuals as they pursue their careers.
We are also committed to ensuring that any online training should be as engaging as face to face sessions.
That’s why we are introducing Real Training Right Now, a series of online workshops that allows users to access the training they want, when they want, wherever they want. The workshops are the equivalent of a half-day training session; reasonably priced, easy to download and comprehensive in content.
